Savenko Abstract: The article analyzes some aspects of the development of vertically integrated structure of the grainsub analyzed national experience of these sub grain structures are considered the most common model ofintegrated units of the grain market. In modern terms, «integration» becomes multifunctional character and isused to describe the various spheres of economic reality. The analysis of organizational and economic conditions for the functioning of logistics systems in sub zernoproduktov, defined functional areas of logistics inzernoproduktov subdivision. It is proved that each specific functional areas is the result of the transformationprocesses in the economy or start-ups to meet the business interests of their respective owners. It is provedthat the most optimal logistic functions are implemented in terms of integrated structural elements of differentlegal forms.

Нікішина Abstract: Досліджено природу доданої вартості у площині чотирьох наукових підходів (відтворювального,статистичного, бухгалтерського та логістичного) з акцентом на її соціально-економічні функції. Розроб-лено методику аналізу валової доданої вартості в макросистемах, орієнтовану на виявлення структур-них деформацій у секторальному вимірі, оцінку витратоємності доданої вартості, її впливу на економічнубезпеку, місця держави в глобальному ланцюгу вартості для його оптимізації. Головні напрями методикиапробовано в ході аналізу динаміки, структури та витратоємності валової доданої вартості секторів наці-ональної економіки, результати якого формують аналітичне підґрунтя для ефективних заходів держав-ного впливу.
