Анотація
The problem of choosing an information system for automating work processes at the enterprise was considered. The concept of a decision support system was discussed. The functionality of the decision support system for choosing a retail information system was proposed. The algorithm of user interaction with the decision support system was proposed. A possible implementation of the form for user polling was given. The main components of the data model were highlighted. Recommendations were given regarding the software implementation of the system.
